Privacy policy

This policy describes what information MadeFire collects when you use our website, intake tools, and engagements, and how we handle that information.

Who we are

MadeFire LLC (“MadeFire,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an AI automation studio operating at imadefire.com. Questions about this policy can be directed to hello@madefire.ai.

Information we collect

Information you give us. Name, email, business name, role, and any other details you provide through the intake form, the intake agent conversation, sign-up forms, or direct correspondence.

Information from authentication providers. If you create an account, our authentication provider (Clerk) handles sign-in and shares with us your verified email and basic profile data (name, profile image). If you sign in with Google, Apple, or LinkedIn, those providers share only what you have authorized them to share. We never receive your passwords.

Information collected automatically. Standard server logs from our hosting platform (Vercel), including IP address, browser user agent, request paths, and timestamps. We use these for security, debugging, and performance.

How we use information

  • To respond to inquiries and route them to the right person on our team.
  • To deliver, maintain, and improve our services and engagements.
  • To send transactional messages (intake confirmations, scheduling links, project updates).
  • To prevent abuse, enforce our Terms of Service, and meet legal obligations.

We do not use your personal information to train AI models. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Sharing and processors

We share information only with vendors that help us operate the business:

  • Vercel — hosting and content delivery.
  • Clerk — authentication and account management.
  • Slack — internal team notifications when an inquiry is submitted.
  • Email service providers — transactional email delivery.
  • LLM providers (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI) — to power the intake agent. Providers operate under their own data-handling commitments and are configured for zero retention where supported.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a corporate transaction (such as a merger or acquisition).

Cookies and tracking

We use the minimum cookies required to keep you signed in and to remember your theme preference. We do not run ad-tracking pixels and we do not embed third-party analytics that profile you across sites.

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Inquiry records may be retained for up to 24 months for follow-up and pipeline analysis. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@madefire.ai.

Security

We use TLS in transit, restrict access to production systems to authorized team members, and review our vendors for reasonable security practices. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data with the respect it deserves.

Children's privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

International transfers

We process information in the United States. If you access our services from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. If a change is significant, we will provide additional notice (for example, via email or a banner on the site).
